Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern our relationship with you in relation to this website. PRICING

The prices on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST. The price of products shown excludes delivery. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the checkout process, before you confirm your order.  You can find more details on delivery charges and estimated delivery times on our shipping information page.

The prices that are displayed on our website are only current at that particular point in time and we reserve the right to alter our prices at anytime without any notice being provided to you. This may occur for example when products are on sale or when prices may change for various reasons. When price changes do occur, they will be automatically updated on the website.

HOW TO PAY
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.  Your order will only be shipped once payment has been received in full.

RETURNS POLICY

Change of Mind Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if for any reason you are not happy with a product, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value. Returns will only be accepted for items that have not been used and are in their original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

To request a change of mind return please email sales@animaltoys.com.au with your invoice or order number. We'll email you back with the address to send your return to.

We suggest you send your return parcel via registered post so that it can be traced. We're unable to refund items that are lost in the mail. You are responsible for all return freight charges. You'll be refunded for the product once we have received the item back. Please allow up to 3 days for returns to be processed.

Faulty Products
If an item is received faulty then we'll gladly replace or refund it provided you contact us within a reasonable time. Please email sales@animaltoys.com.au with details of the fault and if possible include a photo.

Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Consumer Guarantees). You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
